Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Specialist, Lab Training to coordinate and deliver technical training for a multi-shift operation. You will design, maintain, and improve training materials and ensure LMS documentation is current and accessible to the team.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs, needs assessments, and demonstrable communication skills, with a preference for pharmaceutical training experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to present information in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
• Demonstrated professional verbal and written communication skills across diverse workforce.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including spelling and grammar.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality.
• Coordinates technical training for support areas and delivers training for a multi-shift location operation.
• Designs training and develops technical learning materials.
• Maintains and reviews Technical Learning Materials and LMS documentation.
• Conducts training needs assessments and analyzes gaps in programs.
• Collaborates with SMEs and management to identify training needs and appropriate methods.
