Job summary

August Bioservices in Nashville, TN seeks an IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate and execute enterprise IT initiatives across GxP-regulated functions, including ERP, LIMS, MES/eBR, Data Historian and related systems.

You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Engineering, Quality, Validation, and external partners, ensuring projects are properly planned, resourced and delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leading IT/digital transformation projects in life sciences.
• Experience with ERP/LIMS/MES/SCADA and validated systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for ERP, LIMS, Data Historian, MES/eBR and other enterprise IT initiatives.
• Build and maintain charters, plans, budgets, RAID/logs and status reports.
• Coordinate across IT, Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing, Quality and Validation.
• Develop detailed plans, KPIs and executive dashboards.
• Define requirements, scope and success criteria with SMEs.
• Track schedules, milestones, dependencies and resources.
• Mitigate risks, issues and changes; escalate when needed.
• Manage vendors, consultants and system integrators.
