Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Global Clinical Supplies Digital Transformation Leader to drive high‑impact digital initiatives and align strategy with operational execution in the GCS roadmap.

You will collaborate with IT, GCS leaders, DSCS Digital Technologies, and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions on time and within budget, while steering change management and KPI programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 10+ years progressive pharma/biotech/manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years leading major technology implementations/digital transformation in clinical supply chain.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or waterfall methods (ERP/RTSM/IRT preferred).
• GxP knowledge, CSV practices, and data privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of high‑priority digital initiatives on the GCS digital roadmap.
• Drive delivery from business case to implementation and hypercare.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver digital capabilities.
• Plan change impact assessments and user adoption strategies.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for adoption, efficiency, and ROI.
• Ensure GCS systems comply with GxP and contribute to SDLC.
