Job summary

CB Partners, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for healthcare/pharmaceutical products in the Denver area. The role involves prospecting, closing new business, and building a strategic territory plan within hospitals and surgery centers.

You will manage a growing pipeline and document activities in the CRM to support revenue goals. The position offers a base salary of $58,000 with on-target earnings around $100,000, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of sales experience in hospital, medical, or pharmaceutical sales or equivalent.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who thrives working independently with high-volume data entry including pricing.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and CRM is a plus.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory/compliance frameworks (e.g., cGMP, USP) is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, hunt, and close new business opportunities within an assigned territory of hospitals and surgery centers through outbound calls, emails, and follow-up.
• Build and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed revenue targets.
• Maintain and grow a qualified sales pipeline to support monthly revenue goals.
• Research and identify new account opportunities to drive customer acquisition.
• Document sales activity and buyer insights in the CRM accurately.
• Onboard new customers and ensure a seamless transition.
