Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for commercial construction with healthcare/pharma experience in the Malvern, PA area. The role requires 7-10 years in PM and a related bachelor's degree, with strong skills in reading drawings, MS Office, and project controls.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, and preconstruction activities, coordinate with design teams and owners, and drive value engineering while leading motivated teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of commercial construction experience in a Project Management role.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience running commercial projects in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life science environments.
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Experience with MS Office, Prolog, Primavera, etc.
• Actively participates in all preconstruction services and engineering sessions by reviewing Owner's expectations/criteria, coordinates with design team and owner and reviews design documents.
• Review and approve bid packages, schedules, and help create site utilization plan.
• Conducts pre-bid conferences, identifies project staffing requirements, and provides value engineering ideas.
• Manages project financials and maintains continuous knowledge of project budget.
• Strong computer skills including familiarity with construction project management applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills are required including, but not limited to coaching, mentoring and the ability to build and maintain motivated teams.
• Highly developed project management finance skills are required.

Responsibilities
