Job summary

Klick Group in the United States is seeking a Group Art Supervisor to lead the art function for pharmaceutical campaigns across multiple brands. You will manage a team of art directors and designers, partner with copy, strategists, and account leads, and ensure on-brand, strategically sound visual output.

As a people manager, you’ll mentor creatives, manage workloads, and stay ahead of design trends, while leveraging AI to enhance workflows and outcomes for client accounts.

Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years experience leading art direction for pharmaceutical campaigns across multiple brands and therapeutic areas.
• Experience overseeing junior creatives by providing direction, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
• Review work for brand consistency, layout accuracy, and strategic alignment with client objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, budget awareness, and timelines.
• Build strong client and partner relationships, contributing creative leadership and proactive problem-solving.
• Exposure to pharmaceutical content and ability to interpret clinical or scientific material for design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of art directors and designers, providing direction and mentorship.
• Own the visual concept and art direction across multiple client accounts, ensuring on-brand output.
• Partner with copy supervisors, strategists, and account leads to develop integrated concepts from brief to final delivery.
