Job summary

Visium Resources, Inc. is seeking a Greenfield Project Manager to join our team for the Fill Finish Expansions program in Clayton, NC.

The role focuses on FP assembly and packaging work packages, coordinating between work package areas and the execution schedule through delivery into operation. The ideal candidate will manage interfaces among central teams, site, vendors, and cross-functional groups, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience.
Advanced Project Management competencies through training or experience.
Minimum five years of engineering experience in facility infrastructure and pharma manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage interface agreements between central team, site, vendors and functional areas with detailed milestones and schedules.
Create detailed project plans and business cases for leadership presentation.
Coordinate program level and local stakeholders to close gaps and align cross-functional teams.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive problem solving with line managers or personnel.
Lead capital projects and collaborate with outside design firms from concept to execution.
