Job summary

Technical Source is seeking a CIP Process Engineer for a greenfield pharmaceutical facility in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. This long-term contract role requires on-site work and experience commissioning and troubleshooting CIP systems.

Responsibilities include leading CIP troubleshooting as SME, supporting CQV activities, driving closure of CQV findings, walking down systems for mechanical completion, and managing the system punch list to final resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 5+ Years of Experience in Process Engineering
• Expert Level Knowledge of CIP Systems
• Experience working in a Greenfield Environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct CIP troubleshooting efforts as a subject matter expert
• Support CQV team activities
• Drive resolution of CQV testing issues and findings
• Walk down systems and verify installation/mechanical completion
• Monitor and manage the system punch list, coordinating resolution of outstanding items through closure
• Maintain highlighted CIP flow path drawings
