Job summary

Meitheal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability.

The role requires strong financial acumen, pharmaceutical industry experience, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A leadership responsibilities.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting expertise.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and planning/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting activities.
• Develop and maintain financial models that support revenue, gross margin, operating expense, and cash flow forecasting.
• Drive monthly and quarterly financial reviews, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide leadership with actionable recommendations to achieve financial and operational objectives.
• Mentor and develop FP&A team members and partner with cross-functional leaders.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics

MBA, CPA, CFA or similar preferred
