Meitheal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to support financial planning, forecasting, business analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

This role will partner with leaders in Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, and Corporate Functions to provide financial insights that drive performance and support Meitheal's continued growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field is required.
• 4–7 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related roles preferred.
• Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industry experience is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with modeling and scenario analysis; strong PowerPoint for board materials.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, gross margin, OPEX, and cash flow.
• Analyze results vs budget, identify drivers and variances, and provide insights to leadership.
• Prepare monthly management reports and dashboards; support finance IT tools and automation.
