Job summary

American Regent is hiring for a Formulation Team member at our New Albany, Ohio site. The role supports manufacture of sterile pharmaceuticals, maintains aseptic conditions, and ensures batch records are complete and accurate.

Responsibilities include weighing materials, aseptic filtration, blending, and batch dosing calculations. The candidate should have a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience; Associates in Chemistry is a plus. On-site position with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates in Chemistry or related science a plus.
• 1–3 years related field work experience preferred.
• Manufacturing technology includes HMI-PLC/SCADA controlled Isolation Barrier, Autoclave, CIP/SIP.
• Ability to read Standard Operating Procedures and operate in a team environment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Weigh materials using scales and perform batch additions.
• Set up aseptic filtration and test filter integrity.
• Utilize blending and homogenization technologies.
• Calculate batch dosing based on material potency.
• Stock, stage, and return production materials and equipment.
