Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Pharma Forecasting Specialist to join our Commercial analytics and forecasting practice. You will deliver forecasts across global, regional, and country levels as part of a cross-functional team, building insights and communicating recommendations to senior leaders.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in pharmaceutical forecasting, strong TA expertise, and basic Python proficiency to support forecasting and analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical forecasting and analytics experience.
• Strong therapeutic area expertise and forecasting assumption development.
• Basic Python proficiency to support forecasting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term brand forecasts for strategic and operational planning.
• Conduct global, regional, and country-level forecasting with insights and recommendations.
• Apply quantitative methods and sensitivity analyses to forecast accuracy and risk.
• Build, validate, and enhance forecasting models and methodologies.
• Analyze historical performance and market dynamics to improve forecasts.
• Prepare concept notes, dashboards, and presentations for leadership decisions.
• Present findings to stakeholders and leadership to support decisions.
• Leverage Python and analytics tools to automate forecasting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement with emerging forecasting technologies.
