Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical forecasting, analytics, and business analysis experience.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing forecasting models across global markets.
• Strong expertise in Long-Range Forecasting, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
• Ability to present to senior leadership with clear, actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term brand forecasts for strategic planning.
• Conduct franchise, regional, and country-level forecasting and provide actionable insights.
• Apply quantitative techniques to forecast challenges and perform sensitivity analyses.
• Build and validate forecasting models and communicate assumptions.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights.
• Present findings to stakeholders and leadership to support decisions.
• Leverage Python and analytics tools to automate forecasting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement with new methodologies and technologies.
