Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Pharma Forecasting Specialist to join the Commercial analytics and Forecasting team. You will deliver forecasts at the global, regional, and country levels based on business needs, acting as a key stakeholder within a cross-functional group to support decision making.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in pharmaceutical forecasting, strong therapeutic area expertise, and basic Python proficiency to support analytics and automation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharmaceutical forecasting and analytics.
• Experience delivering forecasts across global, regional, and country levels.
• Strong TA expertise in Oncology, Vaccines, Immunology or related fields.
• Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx; basic Python for analytics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term brand forecasts for strategic planning.
• Forecast at global, regional, and country levels and provide actionable insights.
• Build models, validate methodologies, and communicate results via dashboards.
• Prepare concept notes, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and drive decision making.
