IDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity in Tennessee.

This role focuses on developing financial models, analyzing business performance, and supporting strategic decision-making within a dynamic retail environment. You will own forecasting processes, collaborate across departments to analyze P&L drivers and costs, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidations to drive business performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant finance or retail experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI and SQL experience are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to own forecasting and analyze P&L drivers.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven history of effective business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting processes and deliver actionable insights to influence business decisions.
• Collaborate with departments to analyze P&L drivers, costs, and operational efficiencies.
