Job summary

Tris Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare/Pharma Sales Representative to cover Charlotte, Greenville, and surrounding NC areas. The role requires 100% travel and live within the territory.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of pharma/biotech sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting targets and building strategic plans. A company car, incentives, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher education required.
Minimum 1 year sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or related industry.
Proven ability to analyze complex sales data and develop strategic plans.
Experience conducting consultative, solutions-oriented sales calls.
Excellent presentation skills and demonstrated communication ability.

Responsibilities

Visit assigned HCPs to establish and maintain partnerships within the territory.
Support product promotion and deliver approved messaging compliant with regulations.
Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to execute territory plans and achieve sales goals.
Document field activity in CRM and track territory metrics.
Participate in team meetings, training, and ride-alongs.
