Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial/industrial building maintenance with plumbing background.
• Experience troubleshooting plumbing systems, pumps, valves, piping, and water systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance on plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace plumbing components and related mechanical equipment.
• Support building systems including HVAC, compressors, utility piping, and other facility infrastructure.
• Respond to service requests, alarms, and emergency maintenance situations.
• Complete work orders, inspections, and maintenance documentation using a CMMS.
