Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience (or combination of experience and education).
• Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Strong communication to exchange straightforward information and follow work routines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills and inquisitive mindset for maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with the team.
• Support energy management to ensure efficiency of building systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Follow procedures and exchange information clearly under supervision.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes with guidance.
