Job summary

Frontage Laboratories Inc. is seeking a Facilities Associate to ensure the safety, functionality, and upkeep of all company facilities in Exton, PA. This onsite role requires hands-on maintenance across building systems, with a focus on reliability and safety.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of facilities experience, the ability to work with tools, and knowledge of OSHA regulations. The position offers health and dental insurance, a 401(k), and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in facilities or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical facility is a plus.
• Ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of OSHA rules and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Performs/oversees general repair and maintenance involving HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Performs daily rounds of critical utilities and updates the system logbook accordingly.
• General maintenance may include replacing and/or repairing lighting, incidental carpentry, paint, ceiling tiles, bathroom fixtures, moving furniture-fixtures-equipment, etc.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to ensure systems run smoothly and efficiently.
• Keep accurate records of completed work, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
• Performs work as assigned via Computer Maintenance Management System and documents work performed in a timely manner.
• Interface with professional contractors, and third party vendors for projects and tasks as needed.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• May perform minor renovations or installations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
