Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA is seeking a Maintenance Custodian to clean offices, labs, lobby areas and restrooms. You’ll perform routine and special cleaning tasks across on-site warehouses, labs, and common spaces, ensuring safety and adherence to documented procedures.

The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and 2–5 years of janitorial experience. Wages start at $19.51 per hour with opportunities for growth and annual raises.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to meet departmental goals and document activities clearly.
• 2–5 years of related janitorial experience.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Read and understand cleaning substances, tools and equipment operation instructions.
• Vision: 20/30 corrected near-point.
• Able to lift 60 pounds unassisted.
• Exposure to allergens.
• Working in confined areas.
• Pushing, pulling and twisting.

Mansioni

• Waste disposal, floor cleaning (carpet, vinyl, VHT, concrete, epoxy), dusting, wiping, and restroom cleaning.
