American Regent, Inc. in Hilliard, Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for 1st shift to maintain process, utility, and general equipment in a cGMP environment.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair equipment, and support QA investigations to sustain compliant operation. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic electrical/mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read P&IDs and blueprints.

Qualificações

• H.S. diploma or GED required; trade school/certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year maintenance experience in manufacturing or lab environment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read P&ID’s, electrical drawings and blueprints.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks following PM procedures and complete paperwork.
• Respond to alarms, diagnose failures, and document repairs.
• Monitor site utilities and troubleshoot out-of-range conditions.
• Support contractors and ensure safety and cGMP compliance.
• Lead small projects (<$10K) and document outcomes.
