Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee comprehensive facilities management operations for a pharmaceutical client in Princeton, NJ. The successful candidate will lead a team, ensuring the operational excellence of complex facilities while adhering to GMP regulations.

This role involves managing maintenance programs and capital projects, conducting compliance audits, and serving as the primary contact for the client. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in facilities management within highly regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years facilities management experience, with 3 years in pharmaceuticals.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and clean room operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of technicians and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of GMP and non-GMP facilities.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for critical utilities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between JLL and the pharmaceutical client.
