Job summary

Kelly Engineering is partnering with a rapidly growing pharmaceutical manufacturer to fill a direct-hire Facilities Engineer position in Raleigh, NC. The role provides engineering, technical, and operational support for clean utilities, plant utilities, HVAC and cleanroom infrastructure within a GMP-regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in utilities and facilities engineering within pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of GMP, FDA, and ISO requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Engineering owner over plant utility systems, including HVAC, water systems, boilers, compressed air, vacuum systems.
• Support asset reliability, lifecycle planning, and spare parts management.
• Manage and support deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO.
• Lead utilities and facilities projects, upgrades, remediation efforts, and expansions.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Quality, Validation, Production, and EHS teams.
