Job summary

JLL is seeking a Calibration and Instrumentation Technician to oversee campus systems, utilities, and process equipment, ensuring BAS operate within design parameters with energy efficiency. You will support pharmaceutical manufacturing environments, troubleshoot advanced control systems, calibrate instruments, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of hands-on instrumentation and controls in pharma/industrial settings.
• Experience with BMS platforms: Siemens, DeltaV, Honeywell, AB.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CMMS, documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Able to read P&IDs, schematics, and create red-line drawings.
• Valid driver's license with 24-hour on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot campus building and process automation to optimize energy control.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and instrumentation; fine-tune control loops.
• Manage Siemens BAS devices, graphics, alarms, and SCADA system checks.
• Perform calibration, preventive maintenance, and field repairs on instruments.
• Coordinate with production to align with cGMP schedules and audits.
• Document procedures and support regulatory compliance and audits.
