Job summary

Lilly in Lebanon, Indiana, seeks a senior process instrumentation technician to support the Lilly Medicine Foundry launch. The role focuses on maintaining calibrated instrumentation, troubleshooting electrical systems, and ensuring compliance with FDA-regulated processes.

You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on instrumentation, read P&ID drawings, document work orders in GMARS, and collaborate with safety and quality teams on cGMP standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of industrial process instrumentation and calibration experience in FDA regulated industry.
• Strong understanding and troubleshooting skills in electrical systems and calibration.
• Experience with instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, level, pH, and conductivity).
• Experience with electrical test equipment (24 VDC to 120 VAC).
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all HSE procedures and report safety concerns.
• Meet quality standards per cGMPs and local procedures.
• Demonstrate a good process aptitude and application of skills in real-world process experiences.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on process instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, pH, conductivity).
• Troubleshoot and diagnose process instrumentation equipment and make repairs to minimize downtime.
• Read P&ID drawings and schematics.
• Provide accurate, complete, and legible work order documentation in GMARS.
