Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Calibration and Instrumentation Technician in Bloomington, IN to manage building automation and process instrumentation in pharma environments. You will service BAS, calibrate instruments, and support regulatory compliance in cGMP manufacturing.

The role requires 5–10+ years of hands-on experience with BAS, instrumentation, and control systems, including Siemens/DeltaV/Honeywell/Allen‑Bradley.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in electrical or instrumentation/controls in industrial/pharma facilities.
• Knowledge of BMS platforms (Siemens, DeltaV, Honeywell, Allen‑Bradley).
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, CMMS for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to read P&IDs, schematics, and create redline drawings.
• Valid driver's license; 24-hour on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot campus systems and process equipment; fine-tune loops.
• Work on Siemens BAS; install devices, graphics, alarms, and SCADA.
• Calibrate and maintain instrumentation for WFI, Steam, HVAC, CIP, Autoclaves, etc.
• Coordinate with production schedules and support startup activities.
• Read specs, maintain documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Identify parts, manage vendor service, ensure energy efficiency.
