Job summary

Life-Assist, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Regional Distribution Manager to lead the Charlotte, NC distribution facility. You will supervise staff, support senior management, and drive safety, quality, delivery, and inventory goals.

The role also ensures pharmaceutical storage compliance, temperature monitoring, expiration management, and proper quarantine/returns as needed. This is a full-time position in our growing team.

Qualifications

• 2 years of full-time verifiable history with a pharmacy or wholesaler in a related capacity.
• Forklift certified.
• Minimum 3 years Supervisory and Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and support for the Charlotte, NC distribution facility.
• Oversee daily supervision of personnel and ensure safety, quality, delivery and inventory objectives.
• Oversee storage of pharmaceutical products and regulatory compliance including temperature control.
