Job summary

Proconex, an Emerson DeltaV partner in the Mid-Atlantic, seeks a Systems Engineer to support DeltaV in a regulated pharma manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot, modify DeltaV modules, graphics, and batch systems, collaborating with operations, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams onsite.

This customer-facing role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide site personnel through changes, validated upgrades, and routine change controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Emerson DeltaV experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and production systems.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Emerson DeltaV systems in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot automation and controls issues impacting production.
• Configure and modify DeltaV control modules, graphics, equipment modules, and batch systems.
• Support change controls, upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
• Partner with site personnel to maintain system performance and reliability.
• Represent Proconex as a trusted onsite technical resource.
