Job summary

Proconex is seeking a Systems Engineer with Emerson DeltaV experience to provide day-to-day support for automation systems within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This is a customer-facing role where you'll work with operations, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and help ensure reliable manufacturing operations.

You will configure DeltaV modules, support change control activities, and partner with site personnel to maintain system performance.

Qualifications

3+ years of Emerson DeltaV experience.
Life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing experience.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting manufacturing operations and production systems.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Support Emerson DeltaV systems in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Troubleshoot automation and controls issues impacting production.
Configure and modify DeltaV control modules, graphics, equipment modules, and batch systems.
Support change controls, upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
Partner with site personnel to maintain system performance and reliability.
Represent Proconex as a trusted onsite technical resource.
