Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Pharma Commercial Forecasting Expert for a fully remote, short-term contract (1–2 weeks) to support launch curves and commercial analysis. The role involves evaluating drug development programs and building uptake models.

You will work asynchronously, deliver rubrics and forecasts for multiple drug launches, and help assess defensibility of assumptions around analogs, ramp, peak, and market share. This contract targets US-based professionals with strong forecasting experience.

Qualifications

• US-based pharma commercial forecasting professional.
• Familiarity with biotech/pharma development programs.
• Experience building or critiquing drug launch/uptake models.
• 5+ years in pharma commercial forecasting, analytics, or strategy.

Responsibilities

• Create and critique rubrics that analyze commercial drugs and drug-development programs.
• Build or critique a launch curve focusing on uptake, peak share, and trajectory.
• Judge the defensibility of commercial forecast assumptions like analogs, ramp, peak, and loss of exclusivity.
• Apply expertise across the pilot's set of drug launches.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
