Job summary

Vertex Pharmaceuticals LLC is seeking a seasoned PMO/Project Manager to support Commercial Analytics, Data and Commercial Ops initiatives. You will drive integrated planning, governance, and executive reporting to keep cross-functional teams aligned and progress visible.

The role requires PMP, biotech/pharma PM experience, and will operate as a 6-month W2 contract with remote options and East Coast hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in Program Management/Project Management within Commercial Biotech/Pharma is needed.
• PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Integrated project planning (milestones, dependencies, critical path).
• RAIDD management with clear ownership and mitigation tracking.
• Executive-ready weekly status reporting (RAG, risks/issues, decisions).
• Cross-team dependency management and proactive escalation.
• Governance cadence and leadership forum support.
