Qualifications

• MBA with a quantitative/analytical discipline or PhD with business application; 5-8 years of equivalent work experience may substitute.
• Up to 3 years post-MBA and 3-5 years pre-MBA with evidence of strong analytic work and modeling using R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA.
• Aptitude for leading teams, strong client service orientation, and effective communication with senior decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Leverage quantitative skills to derive answers to clients' ongoing business analytics and reporting questions.
• Collaborate with clients to determine their data information needs.
• Execute plans to analyze data to secure solutions for clients' business information needs.
• Discuss which data may be best utilized to perform analyses.
• Evaluate and analyze data to provide client solutions.
• Communicate data results with a business focus to drive decisions.
• Gain familiarity with client processes and develop expertise in an analytics area.
• Be available for clients during regular working hours.
• Support project delivery with rigorous analysis and storytelling of insights.
