The Decision Analytics Associate Consultant role sits within Insights & Analytics, partnering with clients to translate analytics into strategic business decisions.

You will work with SQL, Python, R, Excel, Snowflake and Databricks to design analyses, synthesize insights, and present results to stakeholders while mentoring junior team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline with strong quantitative coursework.
• Experience connecting analytics to business outcomes and presenting to stakeholders.
• Ability to lead workstreams and mentor junior team members.
• Curiosity about AI capabilities and applying them to business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical frameworks and statistical approaches for complex business issues.
• Leverage analytics to guide client and ZS team decisions.
• Design and interpret analyses using SQL, Python, R, Excel and cloud data platforms.
• Synthesize results and communicate findings to clients and teams.
• Build client relationships and serve as a project contact.
• Provide project updates and deliverables.
• Mentor associates and guide analytic directions.
• Translate insights into strategic recommendations for clients.
• Collaborate across cross-functional and global teams to align on solutions.
