Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. is hiring a Chemical Process Operator I for the 2nd shift in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role focuses on weighing, mixing, cleaning, tank movement, and PM activities in a cGMP manufacturing environment.

The position requires a High School Diploma with 1 year in a cGMP facility, with preferred Associates in Science. You will work to ensure product quality, tune processes, and support ongoing manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Must have basic cGMP understanding and adhere to SOPs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Able to read and follow complex formulation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate scales, mixers, pumps, CIP units and tanks.
• Maintain accurate batch records and material inventories.
• Perform pH adjustments and prepare cleaning solution batches.
• Transfer finished batches to the next processing area.
• Follow cGMPs and SOPs to ensure product quality.
• Assist with preventive maintenance on equipment as required.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Work overtime as needed to meet production schedules.
