Job summary

PACIV, a global leader in industrial automation solutions for Life Sciences, seeks a Work Package Owner to coordinate a capital project work package from field mobilization through turnover. The WPO acts as the Owner’s field representative, ensuring alignment with safety, quality and schedule goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating with EPCM/Construction Management, CQV, operations, and vendors; tracking risks, maintaining interfaces, and supporting commissioning, startup and handover with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience.
• 10+ years in complex capital projects in regulated environments.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction, startup, commissioning, turnover.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Owner’s representative for an assigned work package from field mobilization through turnover.
• Monitor package performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, productivity, risk and readiness.
• Coordinate with contractors, EPCM/Construction Management, Design, CQV, Operations, equipment vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and drive resolution of issues, risks and constraints affecting package execution.
