Job summary

The Spear Group is hiring an experienced business administration and project support professional to join the Pharma Capital Projects Team in the Lawrenceville area, onsite in New Brunswick, NJ. The role provides essential project coordination support to the Director of Engineering/Capital Projects and the PM team.

Responsibilities include SAP PO creation, invoice tracking, site communications, security coordination, and intern support.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects in a pharma manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with purchasing processes and invoicing
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP and MS Office tools

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities for multiple capital projects under the Pharma Director
• Create PO's in SAP and track status and approvals
• Distribute invoices for approval and monitor PO payments
• Support bi-weekly site communications and document project activity
• Assist with safety/security liaison and intern coordination
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action items
