You’ll own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis, and collaborate with engineering, construction, procurement, project management, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Proven Cost Engineering or Cost Control on large CAPEX projects.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, industrial, or large-scale construction environments.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and financial analysis experience.
• Proven ability to manage cost variances, trends, commitments, and project forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost control activities across major pharmaceutical CAPEX projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and cash flow.
• Monitor actual vs. planned expenditure, commitments, trends, and variances.
• Provide accurate financial analysis and cost forecasting to support project decisions.
• Identify cost risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
• Work closely with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Project Management, and Finance teams.
• Support project performance reporting and provide clear cost insights to senior stakeholders.
