Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Calibration Technician (Pharma) for onsite work in Frederick, CO.

The role involves calibrations, qualifications, and preventive maintenance on complex instrumentation within a GxP environment for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in metrology or calibration, with experience in regulated quality systems, and is proficient in process controls and lab equipment.

Qualifications

2+ years in metrology, instrumentation, or calibration.
Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated Quality Systems.
Technical proficiency with process control loops and lab equipment.
Knowledge of traceability, TAR, and uncertainty.
Ability to lift moderate to heavy loads and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

Perform calibrations, qualifications, and PMs on pressure, temperature, humidity, flow, and pH instrumentation.
Document GxP activities per FDA requirements.
Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical instrumentation.
Manage equipment/test standards with NIST traceability.Identify and report safety issues and maintain organized work areas.
Collaborate with client personnel to provide technical solutions and opportunities.
Use CMMS to track and document all scheduled maintenance events.
