Job Juncture is seeking a leader to open and head a new mid-Atlantic life sciences office in the MD market. You will own relationships across pharma and biotech, drive business development, and oversee project delivery, eventually building a team around you.

Candidates must hold a PE license with deep pharma facilities experience and established relationships in the DC/Baltimore life sciences scene. This is a leadership seat focused on growth in a specialized field.

Qualificações

• Requires PE license and deep pharma/biotech facility experience.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships across a pharma/biotech market.
• Experience building teams and responsible for office growth and P&L stewardship.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage relationships with regional pharma/biotech clients.
• Lead proposal development and oversight of project delivery.
• Oversee MEP or process engineering work as needed.
• Grow and develop the MD office headcount as workload expands.
