- Proficiency with Studio 5000 and B&R automation systems.
- PLC troubleshooting and controls support experience.
- Strong diagnostics and root-cause analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day automation support for packaging lines to maximize uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation and equipment issues in real-time.
- Collaborate with Maintenance and Automation Technicians to diagnose faults.
- Support maintenance activities and improve equipment reliability.
- Work with engineering and operations to optimize performance.
- Perform root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and site safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in packaging operations.
