Job summary

Stark Pharma Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced MES / Automation Engineer in North Carolina. The role focuses on MES implementation, support, and integration within regulated manufacturing environments, coordinating with Engineering, IT, Quality, and Production teams.

You will configure and troubleshoot MES platforms, integrate with SAP and LIMS, and support validation activities to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Long-term, on-site engagement with diverse pharma programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of MES implementation and support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement MES solutions in manufacturing environments.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support MES applications.
• Work with Rockwell PharmaSuite and other MES platforms.
• Integrate MES with SAP, LIMS, and plant automation systems.
• Support manufacturing and automation system issues.
• Work with Engineering, IT, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
• Support system validation and compliance activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MES and integration issues.
