The Opportunity As a Pharma and Life Sciences R&D Operations Consultant, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to advise on strategic and operational areas throughout the drug development lifecycle, including clinical trial design, R&D operations, organizational design, process optimization, regulatory compliance, decision support, and analytics. You will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and deliver impactful solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies that drive operational efficiency and innovation. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and guiding junior team members. You will navigate complex situations, using your problem-solving abilities to anticipate client needs and deliver quality outcomes. Your role will involve mentoring others and maintaining professional standards, contributing to the firm’s overall business strategies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within our Operations Consulting practice, where you will collaborate with a diverse team to deliver value to our clients. Your contributions will be integral to developing a deeper understanding of the business context and fostering personal growth within the firm.
Up to 60% Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
