You will analyze client needs, develop customer-centric solutions, and offer guidance to help clients improve their customer satisfaction and drive business growth. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and deliver quality solutions. What You Must Have

• At least a \u2019Bachelor\u2019s degree
• At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual\'s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
