Tiger Analytics is seeking a senior data analytics consultant to apply advanced analytics to pharma and Lifescience business problems. You will translate complex stakeholder questions into analytics designs and drive data-driven decisions with ROI and KPI tracking.

The role requires deep pharma data knowledge, strong SQL with R and Python, and expertise in visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. Collaboration with global teams and leadership involvement are expected.

Qualifications

• 8-13 years of professional work experience with at least 7 years in data analytics.
• Deep understanding of pharma dataset, KPIs, and insight needs across HQ and field personas across commercial, PSS, and market access.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools like R & Python & visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of standard data sources—pharma-related datasets—along with data quality controls.
• Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Work on the latest applications of data science to solve business problems in the Pharma and Lifescience domain.
• Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics approaches, methodologies and best practices for leveraging data to drive informative decisions.
• Proficiency in using advanced analytics to drive business value including ROI and KPI tracking.
• Present analytic solutions to senior management and stakeholders and translate findings into actionable plans.
