Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking an Engagement Manager in Boston to lead high-impact analytics engagements for Pharma/Life Sciences clients. You will own engagements end-to-end, translate business problems into analytics solutions, and manage senior client stakeholders to ensure success.

You will lead cross-functional delivery teams of data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts, while proactively mining opportunities to expand the client footprint and drive ongoing growth.

Qualifications

10-16 years of professional work experience, with at least 7 years in data analytics.
Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders and translate business problems into analytics approaches.
Experience in Pharma/Life Sciences.
Ability to guide cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
Proven ability to identify needs, pitch solutions, and expand accounts.

Responsibilities

End-to-end engagement ownership from inception to completion.
Translate complex business problems into scalable analytics and AI solutions.
Manage senior client stakeholders and align expectations for exceptional experiences.
Lead and support data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality projects.
Mine the account and shape proposals to drive ongoing growth.
