Tiger Analytics is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead analytics engagements for top-tier pharma and life sciences clients. You will own engagements end-to-end, translating business problems into scalable analytics and AI solutions, while managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery and client satisfaction.

This role requires deep experience in data analytics, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of growing accounts within the life sciences sector.

Qualifications

• 10–16 years of professional work experience with at least 7 years in data analytics.
• Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders to translate problems into analytics solutions.
• Experience in Pharma/Life Sciences.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams and ensure project delivery.
• Graduate degree in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engagements from inception to completion.
• Translate business problems into viable analytics and AI solutions.
• Manage senior client stakeholders and align on outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and analysts.
