Job summary

AssistRx, a specialty pharmacy hub services company, seeks a Data Scientist to own analytical design and execution within the ITA team. You will build models, generate KPI insights, and help craft client-facing outputs like QBR materials and dashboards, leveraging SQL, Python, and statistics in a pharma context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, math, data science, CS, economics or related field.
• Advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare analytics or pharma-related analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
• Python or R required; Python preferred with pandas, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute analyses for six KPI families across client engagements.
• Build and maintain analytical models with statistical rigor.
• Develop cohort analyses, survival curves, regression models, and funnel metrics.
• Create client-ready exhibits and visualizations for QBRs and dashboards.
• Communicate methodology and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
