Job summary

AssistRx, Inc. is seeking a Data Scientist for the ITA program to lead analytical design and model execution. You will generate KPI-based insights, craft client-facing outputs, and help build ThoughtSpot and Power BI dashboards that demonstrate value in specialty pharmacy programs.

You will work closely with the Director/VP and fellow data scientists to ensure rigorous methodology, clear storytelling, and audience-appropriate communication across payer, plan sponsor, and provider stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5 years of healthcare analytics or related field experience.
• Experience producing structured, audience-ready analytical outputs.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical hub program workflows is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute ad hoc and recurring analyses for ITA engagements across KPI families.
• Build and maintain analytical models with rigorous methodology.
• Develop cohort analyses, survival curves, regression models, and distribution metrics.
• Create client-ready exhibits and narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to QBR preparation, data pulls, visualizations, and reporting.
• Document methodologies and data transformations for reproducibility.
• Assist in prototyping dashboards (ThoughtSpot/Power BI).
• Stay current on healthcare analytics methods and ML applications.
