Job summary

Responsibilities

Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing the movement of goods through various transportation channels.
Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments.
Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing issues.
