Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Freight Forwarder Air Export Pharmaceutical to coordinate air export shipments and manage pharma logistics from the Atlanta area. You will schedule with airlines, prepare customs documentation, and keep customers informed of shipment status.

The role requires English fluency, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding of Pharmaceutical products is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing the movement of goods through various transportation channels
• Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments
• Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
• Collaborate with other internal departments, such as logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws
• All other duties as assigned.
